These are exactly the questions people most want answered, which is why there is a market in answering them confidently. Wherever you find that confidence, the confidence is the product.
The five things that cover most of the site
- Compare the whole string, not the ends. Forgeries match the front and the back because that is what people read.
- Check a signature against a fingerprint you collected elsewhere. Anything else is a page vouching for itself.
- Screens prove nothing. They copy perfectly, so they come last.
- Hold no balance. Fund an order, move the remainder out when it closes.
- Nothing real has a deadline. Anything pushing you to act today is telling you what it is.
Everything else here is the reasoning behind those five, which exists so you can keep the important half when one of them turns out to be inconvenient.
Questions people ask about this
Which of the three Nexus addresses is the right one?
Any of them. They reach the same market and nothing here can rank them. Whether the one that opens is genuine is settled by a signature, not by the list.
Nexus will not load. Is it down?
Usually it is the circuit rather than the market. The page on it lists what to try, in order, and rebuilding a circuit fixes most of them.
How long should a deposit take?
There is no universal number. It waits for confirmations, and the count is a policy the market sets. Sending it again is the one move that makes things worse.
My old address works again. Good news?
No. Nothing retired comes back under the same string, so something resembling it is answering under different ownership. See that page.
A vendor wants me to release the funds early. Should I?
No. It is the one action on an order that nobody can undo, and a vendor who is going to deliver loses nothing by waiting. See that page.

No. Support lives inside the market behind a login, so the channel settles it before you read the message.

Usually the circuit, sometimes the clock, often a rate limit you triggered by retrying. The page on it lists what to try.
Should I keep a small balance for convenience?
No. The withdrawal fee that argument rests on is fractions of a cent, and the risk it buys has no ceiling.
Why does this site not say whether the market is online?
Because nothing here is monitored, and a status that nobody maintains is worse than none at all.
Is this site connected to Nexus?
No. It cannot recover an account, release an order or contact anybody for you.
